Nicole Debia is a Brazilian nutritionist, academic researcher, and gerontology specialist whose work focuses on aging and metabolic health. She is a PhD candidate in Biotechnology in Health at the Federal University of Piauí (UFPI) and holds a Master’s degree in Gerontology from PUC-SP. Her research explores aging, oxidative stress, toxicology, and the medicinal potential of Brazilian native plants, including Babassu. In 2024, she was a Visiting Researcher at Auburn University (USA). Alongside her academic career, she practices as a Registered Dietitian specializing in clinical nutrition and nutritional therapy.
