Marzieh Aghileh is an accomplished researcher in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a strong academic foundation and research focus on project management, optimization, and innovation management. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering and her Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering – Innovation and Technology Management from the Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), one of the most prestigious engineering universities in Iran.
Building upon her academic excellence and passion for applied research, Marzieh is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University of Minho, Portugal. As a final-year Ph.D. candidate, she is deeply engaged in developing a novel model for multi-project management under conditions of uncertainty and resource flexibility. Her doctoral research aims to contribute to the advancement of efficient decision-making and optimization approaches that can be applied to complex project environments.
