I am a lecturer and researcher at “George Bacovia” University of Bacău, Romania, where I am actively involved in both teaching and academic research. My professional interests focus on physical education, sports science, and inclusive teaching methods that promote accessibility and student participation. Over the years, I have been part of various educational and research projects aimed at improving the quality of learning experiences in higher and secondary education.

I have contributed to several academic initiatives, including the organization of international conferences at George Bacovia University, and co-authored studies published in volumes with international data bases and ISI Web of Science. My background also includes practical experience in the pre-university education system, where I serve as a physical education teacher and held educational management roles that strengthened my understanding of educational management and curriculum development.

Through my work, I strive to integrate research, teaching, and community engagement to support student growth, inclusivity, and the responsible use of innovation in education. I am particularly interested in the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing assessment, feedback, and personalized learning within physical education and broader academic contexts. By combining human-centered pedagogy with emerging technologies, my goal is to foster a learning environment where every student can develop both academically and personally through participation, active engagement, and intelligent, data-informed educational progress.
