Dr. Ali Alfayly is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing at the College of Basic Education, Kuwait. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity. His research focuses on explainable AI, autonomous UAV systems, and the ethical and practical applications of AI in education, healthcare, and smart systems. Dr. Alfayly has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications, including recent work on AI-driven software fault detection and UAV coordination using deep reinforcement learning. Beyond academia, he serves as a member of the IEEE Region 8 Young Professionals Committee and actively contributes to international conferences and professional development initiatives.
