Amanul Islam is a Graduate Research Assistant and PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, USA. He holds a Master by Research in Computer Science from the University of Malaya, Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from The Millennium University, Bangladesh.
His research interests include cybersecurity, anomaly detection in 5G/6G networks, anonymous networking in cryptocurrency systems, and the application of machine learning techniques for secure systems. His work has been published in leading journals and presented at international conferences, including IEEE CCNC and SVCC.
Dr. Islam has over a decade of experience in academia and applied research, having served as a lecturer, research assistant, and software engineer. In addition to his academic contributions, he has authored multiple books and serves as a peer reviewer for reputed journals such as Security Journal (Springer), Computers & Security (Elsevier), and Neurocomputing. He is passionate about advancing AI-driven cybersecurity and smart systems research.
