Faisal A. Alnaser, MBBS, FPC, MICGP, FRCGP, FFPH, FAM (USA), PhD, is a distinguished family physician, public health expert, and academic from the Arabian Gulf University, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. He has served as Vice President of Arabian Gulf University and Chairman of the Department of Family and Community Medicine, where he played a pivotal role in advancing medical education, family medicine, and public health across the Gulf region.

He currently serves as President of the Bahrain Family Physician Association and President of WONCA Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR). Prof. Alnaser is also an Honorary Faculty Member in the Department of Primary Care and Public Health at Imperial College London, United Kingdom, and a WHO Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office (EMRO) Temporary Adviser.

With an extensive career spanning clinical practice, medical education, healthcare leadership, and public health policy, Prof. Alnaser has contributed significantly to family medicine, preventive healthcare, and international health initiatives. His research interests include primary healthcare, chronic disease prevention, public health, and evidence-based clinical practice, and he continues to promote excellence in healthcare through research, education, and global collaboration.
