Golap Kalita is a Principal Researcher at Nippon Denko Co. Ltd., Japan. He previously served as Vice-Director at C’s Techno Inc. and as an Associate Professor at Nagoya Institute of Technology. Dr. Kalita’s research spans advanced ceramic materials, layered nanomaterials, and metal alloys for energy storage and conversion technologies, including lithium-ion and all-solid-state batteries, supercapacitors, fuel cells, photovoltaics, and wide bandgap semiconductor devices. His work also addresses green steel manufacturing, net-zero emission technologies, and carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS). Dr. Kalita has authored over 140 journal publications, holds multiple patents, and has received prestigious fellowships and awards from India and Japan.
