Dr. Konstantinos M. Kotsidis is a university lecturer at the Postgraduate Program “Education Sciences – Distance Education using ICT (e-Learning)” at the University of Crete and serves as an Academic Advisor at the Hellenic Open University. He is a scientific collaborator of the Laboratory of Advanced Learning Technologies in Lifelong and Distance Education (EDIVEA), specializing in educational technology, instructional design for distance learning, and the pedagogical integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in K–12 settings. He holds a PhD in Education from the University of Crete and is currently conducting postdoctoral research on the human-centered pedagogical utilization of AI applications in primary education. His academic output includes numerous publications in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, as well as extensive teaching and supervisory experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has also served in leadership roles in public education and currently holds the position of Education Advisor at the Directorate of Primary Education in Athens, Greece.
