Jae Eun You earned a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Seoul National University (2018–2023), where the dissertation focused on A Study on the Mechanism between Entrepreneurship Education Policies and Entrepreneurial Activities. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Soongsil University (since 2026), Dr. You specializes in creative thinking and entrepreneurship. From 2024 to 2026, Dr. You was appointed as a member of the Presidential (National) Commission on Sustainable Development in South Korea. Dr. You has contributed to several scholarly book chapters, including The Evolution of K-Entrepreneurship: A Theoretical and Practical Perspective (2026), Smart City Innovations in South Korea: Lessons for Emerging Economies (2025), and The Effect of Smart City on the Promotion of Entrepreneurship (2022). In addition, Dr. You is the inventor of a registered Korean patent in the field of platform-based digital business models titled Method and Apparatus for Providing Traveler Reward Services through Travel Monitoring (Korean Patent No. 10-2690105), reflecting a strong commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship research.
