Iqra Sadaf Khan is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Management Studies at Aalto University, Espoo, Finland. She earned her doctoral degree in Engineering and Technology from the University of Oulu, Finland. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainable business, innovation management, Industry 4.0, supply chain management, entrepreneurship, and business model innovation. Dr. Khan has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading international journals, with her work advancing the understanding of responsible AI adoption, sustainability, and technology-enabled organizational transformation. Her recent study, “AI for the Underdogs: Navigating Risk and Growth in High-Tech Micro-Firms Through Generative Artificial Intelligence,” explores how generative AI can help resource-constrained high-tech micro-firms manage risks, enhance innovation, and achieve sustainable growth. She actively collaborates with international researchers on interdisciplinary projects addressing the intersection of emerging technologies, sustainability, and strategic management.
