Wei Luo received the B.S. degree in electronic science and technology and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively. From 2009 to 2012, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 2012, he joined the School of Optics and Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. From 2014 to 2016, he was a visiting scholar in the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He is currently a Professor and assistant Dean with the School of Integrated Circuits, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include high-frequency optical and acoustical MEMS sensors for application in harsh environment and intelligent microsystems.
