Dr. Sanae El Bardai is a senior educator, researcher, and institutional leader in the field of healthcare and biomedical sciences. Currently serving as professor-researcher at the High Institute of Nursing Sciences and Health Techniques (ISPITS) in FES, she is actively involved in teaching and translational research. Her academic trajectory includes a former research affiliation with the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium, where she contributed to pioneering investigations in molecular biology. Thanos Touloupis is an Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of the Aegean, Greece. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from the University of Thessaly and completed his Master’s, PhD, and postdoctoral studies in Developmental and School Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has taught at universities in Greece and Cyprus and has extensive experience in both mainstream and special education. His research focuses on problematic online behavior among students, including those with special educational needs, and its socio-emotional and academic influences. He also explores preventive interventions within school communities and has published widely in national and international journals.

Florence Wong graduated from The Nethersole School of Nursing of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and obtained her Registered Nurse License in Hong Kong in 1992. After obtaining the License, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit or Coronary Care Unit in various hospitals in Hong Kong and Vancouver, Canada. In Vancouver, she further obtained her Bachelor of Technology in Specialty Nursing (Critical Care Nursing) at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) in 1999, and earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing (Advanced Nursing) at The University of Hong Kong in 2007. In 2013, Dr. Wong received her Doctorate Degree (Doctor of Nursing) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
