Biography:

Dr. Imane Belyamani is an Assistant Professor in Life and Environmental Sciences at Zayed University, UAE, specializing in green chemistry and sustainable materials. She previously served as an Assistant Professor in France and a Research Associate in the USA, focusing on polymer science and sustainable material development. Dr. Belyamani earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry and Material Science from Jean Monnet University in 2011. At Zayed University, she teaches and conducts research on plastics recycling and sustainable materials.

Dr. Imane Belyamani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Sustainability at Zayed University, UAE. She holds a PhD in Chemistry and Materials Science from Jean Monnet University, France. Her research focuses on green chemistry, polymer science, plastic recycling, sustainable materials, biopolymers, and circular economy.

Dr. Belyamani has extensive research experience in plastic waste management, polymer recyclability, sustainable composites, and resource recovery. She has published research on the mechanical recycling of plastics and waste electrical and electronic equipment. She is also involved in teaching courses related to environmental chemistry, polymers, circular economy, and sustainable materials. Her work contributes to developing innovative and environmentally sustainable approaches to waste management and materials recovery.
