Prof Dr Willie Sai Ho Chan, LLB, MD, is a multi-faceted writer whose diverse educational background and life experiences shape the rich narratives he weaves. He is currently serving as the National Representative, Professor, and Fellow of the European Association for Predictive, Preventive, and Personalized Medicine (EPMA, Brussels, Belgium) in Taiwan, China. www.epmanet.eu (Taiwan). He acts as Coordinator among other countries to promote the aim of the Association. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Hong Kong, his early surroundings ignited a passion for stories, blending the dynamic culture with an unquenchable curiosity about the world. Educated at the prestigious Queen’s College, Hong Kong, he cultivated a strong foundation that would lead him to explore an impressive array of disciplines. He also attended Oberlin College, Tai Tung Middle School and completed his full-time business studies course at the Hong Kong School of Commerce. He studied and completed a course in Aeronautical Engineering at the Hong Kong Far East Flying & Technical School, former Kai Tak Airport, Hong Kong. It is a testament to his fascination with flight and technology, before transitioning into the realms of law and medicine. Later, he worked in the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. (HAECO) as a technician for a period of time. He also interested in radio engineering and studied courses at the Hong Kong Columbia Computer and Radio Institute, and Hong Kong South East Radio College respectively. He began his academic journey at the China University of Political Science & Law in Beijing, China, where he received his Bachelor’s degree (LLB) in Law, and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the China Medical University in Taiwan, China. Driven by a desire to deepen his knowledge, he continued his law studies course at the Huafan University and Real Estate Appraisal course at Tunghai University in Taiwan, China. Expanding his academic horizons beyond medicine, he is also a NGH Certified Instructor and Hypnotherapist. His interest is in the study of hypnosis-specific medicine and forensic medicine. He is an inter- and multi-disciplinar healthcare professional with increasing international recognition. As an internationally recognized speaker, he regularly presents at scientific and medical conferences. More so, he has been actively involved in academic publishing and peer review, serving as a volunteer reviewer for various many journals. He also serves as an Editor-in-Chief for several journals. He has garnered experiences as member of the Organizing Committee of different international scientific and medical conferences and editorial boards in various fields. His work and ideas have also reached broad audiences through various media appearances. His multidisciplinary expertise continues to influence the future of medicine, while his knowledge and wide horizons help bridge the gap between research and real-world applications. His expertise spans traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, law, forensic science, DNA research, DNA Phantom effect, aeronautical engineering, radio engineering, forensic hypnosis, and etc. With a multi-faceted academic and professional background, he enjoys writing novels and creating stories in his free time. His novels are all kinds of, some of which are written based on real scientific knowledge and are translated into various languages and texts one after another. His commitment to research, innovation, and education has made him a respected voice in his field. He published a great number of research papers in national and international journals. The central theme of his studies has been the interplay between different mechanisms of medicine and DNA.
