Dr. Hanin E. Yeslam is an Associate Professor and Consultant in the Operative Dentistry Division of the Restorative Dentistry Department at King Abdulaziz University Faculty of Dentistry. A distinguished clinician-scientist, she earned her German Doctorate in Dentistry from the Medical School of Hanover and holds an MSD and clinical graduate certificates in operative dentistry and preventive dentistry from Indiana University. She is a Fellow of the American Board of Operative Dentistry. Her extensive research portfolio, recognized by multiple dean’s awards, focuses on advanced dental materials, digital dental technologies and AI, and novel caries diagnostic methods. Dr. Yeslam has a prolific publication record in high-impact journals and actively mentors future and postgraduate dentists in research.

Gao Ma, PhD, is a Professor and Huxiang Youth Talent at the College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, in Changsha, China. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Wuhan University and his Ph.D. from the Harbin Institute of Technology, both renowned institutions in China.Prof. Ma’s research expertise spans seismic analysis, prefabricated concrete structures, AI applications in civil engineering, FRP and UHPC retrofitting, and nondestructive testing. He has an extensive publication record and contributes actively to advancing innovative technologies in structural engineering.He also serves on the editorial boards of seven academic journals, including the International Journal of Concrete Structures and Materials (SCI) and the Journal of Hunan University (EI), demonstrating his significant standing in the field.

Wu-Sung Yao, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (Republic of China).His research focuses on control engineering, motor drive control engineering, industrial servo systems, and industrial automation technologies. Dr. Yao is committed to advancing these fields through innovative research and dedicated academic contributions. Kaohsiung City 824005, Taiwan.

Gilbert Cette is a Full Professor at NEOMA Business School where he teaches Economic Policy. He studied and got his Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Paris 1. Before joining NEOMA BS, he was at the Banque de France and Associate Professor at the University of Aix-Marseille. On August 23, 2021 Mr. Cette was appointed as the Chair of the Expert Panel on the Minimum Growth Wage reporting to the ministry of economy, finance and recovery and ministry of labor, employment and professional integration. He has chaired the AFSE (French Association of Economic Science). He currently co-chairs the Séminaire Emploi and chairs the Minimum Wage Expert Group. Among other positions, he is a member of the French Productivity National Council (CNP).His research and publications are mainly on the topics of growth, productivity, innovation, labor economics and structural reform. He has published in the American Economic Review, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Review of Economics and Statistics, the European Economic Review, the Review of Income and Wealth, Economics letters, among others. He has also published several books, the most recent being on labour market structural reforms.

Giuseppe Carbone is with University of Calabria, Italy, since 2018. From 2020 he is Chair of the IFToMM TC on Robotics and Mechatronics and Editor in Chief of Robotica. His research interests include Manipulation and Grasp, Assistive Robotics, Mechatronics with 500 published papers. He has been successfully coordinating FP7, Horizon 2020, PNRR projects. From 2024 he is Scientific Lead of the ITS-UNICAL Laboratory for Innovative Biomedical Robotics.

Dr. Jorge Roberto Oliva UC is currently a member of the mexican system of researchers level 3. He has been the leader of one international UC-MEXUS project, which was carried out in collaboration with Prof. Qibing Pei at UCLA during 2018 to 2022. Currently Prof. Oliva is responsible of one project with the industry, which consists in the development of new types of eco-friendly electrolytes for industrial batteries. Among other academic achievements, he has been guest editor of Elsevier’s “material letters” journal in 2021. He has been invited to be guest editor for “coatings” journal (MDPI) from 2022 to 2024. Prof. Oliva was the main organizer of the international congress “2020 Express Conference on the Physics of Materials and its application in Energy and Environment”. He has also been organizing committee for science fairs in the state of Coahuila (physics experiments and rocket launch contest) from 2020 to 2024. Dr. Oliva has also been invited as an international reviewer for research projects in Poland (2021), Argentina (2021) and Switzerland (2022). He has received state awards from COPOCYT located in San Luis Potosí as well as the national award named CATEDRA MARCOS MOSHINSKY from UNAM. He has published +190 articles and 4 patents. His interests are supercapacitors, batteries, gas sensors, luminescent materias and materials for water decontamination/desalination.

Piotr Falkowski is a senior researcher at the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements (PIAP) in Warsaw, Poland, where he leads work in advanced robotics, automation technologies, and intelligent mechatronic systems. He is also affiliated with the Warsaw University of Technology, contributing to academic research and engineering education. His scientific interests include mobile robotics, autonomous systems, human–robot interaction, exoskeleton technologies, and applied automation for industrial and defense applications. He has been actively involved in several national and international research projects focused on robot motion, assistive technologies, robotic mobility platforms, and automation for hazardous environments. Piotr Falkowski has authored and co-authored numerous scientific papers and conference contributions, and he collaborates widely with research institutes and industry partners across Europe. His work plays a key role in advancing robotics innovation in Poland, particularly in the areas of intelligent mobility solutions and applied automation.

Prof. Giovanni Saggio is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” Italy. With extensive expertise in electronic engineering, sensor technologies, biomedical instrumentation, and advanced signal processing, he has contributed significantly to both academic research and technological innovation.His work focuses on the development of cutting-edge electronic systems and wearable technologies, with an emphasis on applications in healthcare, human–machine interaction, and automation. Prof. Saggio has authored numerous scientific publications, book chapters, and conference contributions, and he collaborates widely with international research groups.A dedicated educator and researcher, he is recognized for his commitment to advancing the fields of electronics, robotics-related sensing, and interdisciplinary engineering research.

Dr. Htoo Htoo Sandi Kyaw is an Assistant Professor at the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), Japan. He is part of the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, working under the guidance of Professor Nobuo Funabiki. His research focuses on enhancing programming education through innovative methods such as serious games, gamification, and programming learning assistant systems. These approaches aim to support novice students in learning programming by making the process more interactive and engaging. Dr. Kyaw has contributed to various publications in this field, emphasizing the integration of game-based elements and intelligent feedback mechanisms to improve student motivation and understanding.Prior to his current position, Dr. Kyaw was a PhD student at Okayama University, Japan, where he worked in the Department of Information and Communication Systems under Professor Funabiki’s lab. During his time at Okayama University, he was involved in research related to programming learning systems, including the development of Java Programming Learning Assistant Systems (JPLAS) aimed at aiding students in mastering programming concepts.

Prof. Dushantha Nalin K. Jayakody, Senior Member of IEEE and an IET Fellow, received his PhD degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland. He received his MSc degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Eastern Mediterranean University, Turkey under the University’s full graduate scholarship. From 2014-2016, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Tartu, Estonia and University of Bergen, Norway. From 2021, he has been employed at the Autonoma TechLab, Portugal, and Sciences and Technologies Department (STD), Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Portugal. From 2016 to present, he has been a Professor at the School of Computer Science and Robotics, Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU), Russia. He serves asHead of the School of Postgraduate Studies and Research at Sri Lanka Technological Campus, Sri Lanka. He has supervised fifteen PhD students and many Master’s and undergraduate students. Heheld visiting and/or sabbatical positions at the Centre for Telecommunications Research, University of Sydney, Australia in 2015 and Texas A&M University in 2018. In July 2019, Prof. Jayakody received the Education Leadership Award from the World Academic Congress. In 2017 and 2018, he receivedoutstanding faculty awards from Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia. He has published nearly 200 international peer reviewed journal and conference papers and books.

Francisco Beltran-Carbajal received a BS in electromechanical engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Zacatepec (Mexico) and his PhD in electrical engineering (mechatronics) from the Centro de Investigación y Estudios Avanzados del Instituto Politecnico Nacional (CINVESTAV-IPN) in Mexico City. He is currently a titular professor in the Energy Department at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), Unidad Azcapotzalco, in Mexico City. His main research interests are vibration control, rotating machinery, mechatronics, parametric identification, and automatic control of electromechanical and electronic systems and industrial processes.

Prof. Dr. Dan Dobrotă is a full-professor in Industrial Engineering at Universitatea „Lucian Blaga” din Sibiu (ULBS), Sibiu, Romania. He serves in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management in the Faculty of Engineering and is recognized as a doctoral supervisor in the School of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. His academic interests include industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, digital production systems, automation, and engineering management.

Dr. Carlos dos Reis Pereira de Araújo is a Full Professor in the Department of Prosthodontics at the School of Dentistry of Bauru, University of São Paulo (FOB-USP), Brazil. He holds a Master’s and PhD in Oral Rehabilitation from USP and is widely recognized for his expertise in prosthodontics, dental implants, occlusion, and temporomandibular disorders. With an extensive research and clinical background, Dr. Araújo has contributed significantly to the advancement of implant-supported prostheses and aesthetic oral rehabilitation, combining academic excellence with hands-on innovation in restorative dentistry.

Dr. Chase Qishi Wu is a Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Data Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, an M.S. in Geomatics from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Remote Sensing from Zhejiang University. Dr. Wu’s research focuses on big data analytics, high-performance networking, parallel and distributed computing, sensor networks, cybersecurity, and scientific visualization. With more than 300 published research papers in leading journals and conferences, he has made significant contributions to large-scale data systems and intelligent computing infrastructures. His research has been supported by major funding agencies, including the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Department of Energy (DOE), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). At NJIT, Dr. Wu leads several interdisciplinary projects that bridge data science and real-world applications, while mentoring the next generation of researchers in big data systems, algorithms, and machine learning.

Prof. Dr. Eduardo Jacob-Lopes is a distinguished scholar at the Federal University of Santa Maria, specializing in Food Science and Technology. His research focuses on bioprocess engineering, microalgal biotechnology, and sustainable food production systems. Over his career, he has authored numerous scientific publications and supervised several graduate research projects, contributing significantly to advancements in bioenergy and environmental biotechnology. Prof. Jacob-Lopes is recognized internationally for his innovative work integrating food science with sustainability and renewable resource development.

Dr. Jungjoo Lee is a researcher and academic at Texas A&M University, College Station, USA. His work focuses on advanced engineering systems, data-driven modeling, and applied computational analysis. With a Ph.D. and extensive research experience, Dr. Lee has contributed to several interdisciplinary projects that integrate artificial intelligence, optimization, and sustainable system design. Prof. Marat M. Khayrutdinov is a distinguished researcher and consultant specializing in geomechanics, numerical modeling, and rock engineering. He serves as a senior expert at ITASCA Consultants GmbH in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, where he contributes to advanced projects in mining engineering, civil infrastructure stability, and reservoir geotechnics.

Dr. Nofouz Mafarja (Ph.D.) is Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya. Her research focuses on physics education, scaffolding in education, collaborative learning, word problem solving in physics, critical thinking skills, STEM Education, academic self-concept, attitude learning physics, reading comprehension in science, and Research Methodology. She is presently involved in several research projects on industrial revolution 4.0, teaching innovation, learning support, virtual reality, Hybrid Learning System PjBL Model, society 5.0, critical thinking skill, Generative AI tools and teaching practices. she had experience on teaching sciences, curriculum development, educational technology, tutoring, educational leadership, science and teacher training.

OBADA AL-KHATIB received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in electrical engineering from Qatar University, Qatar, in 2006, the M.Eng. degree (Hons.) in communication and computer from the National University of Malaysia, Bangi, Malaysia, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and information engineering from The University of Sydney, Australia, in 2015. From 2006 to 2009, he was an Electrical Engineer with Consolidated Contractors International Company, Qatar. In 2015, he joined the Centre for IoT and Telecommunications, The University of Sydney, as a Research Associate. Since 2016, he has been an Assistant Professor with the School of Engineering, University of Wollongong in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His current research interests include optimization and performance analysis of wireless networks and systems, the IoT applications, mobile edge computing, and AI for signal processing.

Mihaela Andrei received a B.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Romania, in 2008; an M.Sc. degree in Digital Radio Communications from Technical University of Iasi, Romania, in 2009; and a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunications from Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” of Iasi, Romania, in 2015. In 2009, she joined the Electronics and Telecommunications Department of the “Dunarea de Jos” University of Galati, Faculty of Automation, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as a junior assistant. Currently, she is a lecturer. In 2016, she received the Ad Astra prize for excellence in doctoral research, awarded by the Romania Association. Her research interests include embedded systems, communication, psychology, education science, and coding theory, with emphasis on turbo coding, space-time codes, and wireless systems.

Prof. Shraga Shoval is a Full Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Ariel University, Israel. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 1994, where he focused on sensor-based navigation aids for the visually impaired. He has held research positions at CSIRO, Australia, and has extensive expertise in robotics, autonomous systems, computer-integrated manufacturing, and navigation technologies. Prof. Shoval established the first robotics laboratory at Ariel University, has published over 150 papers, and holds several patents in robotics and intelligent systems.

Nisar Hussain is a researcher affiliated with the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) in Mexico City, Mexico. He is currently enrolled in the Doctorate in Computer Science program at IPN’s Centro de Investigación en Computación (CIC), focusing his research on offensive language detection and sentiment analysis in code-mixed text on social media.Throughout his academic career, Hussain has contributed to various studies in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP). Notably, he co-authored the paper titled “ORUD-Detect: A Comprehensive Approach to Offensive Language Detection in Roman Urdu Using Hybrid Machine Learning–Deep Learning Models with Embedding Techniques,” published in the journal Information in February 2025.In addition to his work on offensive language detection, Hussain has explored other areas of NLP. He co-authored a study on guilt detection in text, which was published in Scientific Reports in July 2023.

Ilaria Mileti received the master’s degree in biomedical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in industrial and management engineering from Sapienza University of Rome, Rome, Italy, in 2015 and 2019, respectively.,She is an Associate Professor in Mechanical and Thermal Measurements with the Department of Engineering, University Niccolò Cusano, Rome. She is currently a member of Ph.D. Course Advanced Modeling, Materials and Technologies. Her research interests include measurements for experimental biomechanics, wearable systems, machine learning algorithms, and robotic devices

Dr. Mehdi Gheisari is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Shaoxing University, China. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and has built a strong research profile in the areas of Internet of Things (IoT), e-Healthcare, smart cities, machine learning, remote sensing data, distributed systems, and cybersecurity. Dr. Gheisari has actively contributed to the academic community as a reviewer for leading journals, including IEEE Communication Magazine, and has served on the technical program committees of various international conferences. He is also involved in editorial roles, including associate editor and guest editor for journals such as IEEE JSTAR, Cryptography, and JHCE. Hiroshi Asahara, MD, PhD, is Professor of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the Institute of Science Tokyo, Japan, and faculty at the Scripps Research Institute, USA. He has pioneered research in musculoskeletal biology, stem/progenitor cells, and gene regulation using integrative multi-omics approaches. He co-developed the Localizatome database (Database, 2024), revealing stress-dependent protein localization dynamics. Dr. Asahara has received national and international awards, serves on editorial boards and scientific committees, and leads programs such as AMED-CREST/PRIME in Japan.

Marco Guerrieri is associate professor of Highway and Railway Engineering at DICAM, University of Trento, Italy, and he is qualified to full professorship. He serves as a member of the editorial board of several international scientific journals. He has authored 5 books and more than 120 scientific papers published in national and international scientific journals or conference proceedings. Dr. Dimitris Ziouzios has completed his PhD in 2023 from the University of Western Macedonia (Greece) at the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Western Macedonia (Greece) at the Department of Chemical Engineering at the field of robotics and Renewable Energy Sources. He has published more than 35 papers in reputed journals and conferences, and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Xiaobing Feng, founder and CEO, the chairman of Beijing Botsing Technology Co., Ltd. Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University. Undertaken projects the National Key Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program) and key projects from the Ministry of Science and Technology, A part-time doctoral supervisor at the University of Science and Technology of China. Received 3 national awards, 1 international award, and 3 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology progress awards. Professor Serestina Viriri is a distinguished academic and researcher in the field of Computer Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning. He is currently a Professor in the School of Mathematics, Statistics & Computer Science at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, where he also serves as a research supervisor and mentor for postgraduate students. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and has extensive experience in AI-driven medical imaging, deep learning architectures, and hybrid AI models. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to research on medical diagnostics, pattern recognition, and explainable AI. His work has been widely published in high-impact journals and conferences, advancing knowledge in the intersection of AI and healthcare. Professor Viriri has previously held various academic and administrative positions, demonstrating leadership in AI research and curriculum development. He is an active member of professional societies and has received multiple awards for his contributions to computer science and artificial intelligence research.

Dr. Jing Lei is affiliated with the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Aizu, located in Tsuruga, Ikki-machi, Aizu-Wakamatsu City, Fukushima 965-8580, Japan. His academic and research interests lie primarily in advanced computer science, engineering systems, and emerging technologies.

Prof. Kim received the BS and MS degrees from Seoul National University. He also received the MS and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. Before joining Kookmin University in 2024, he worked for City University of Hong Kong as an Associate Professor. He also worked for the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) at Stanford University as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow between 2016 and 2018. His research focus is on the implementation of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and robots to develop and manage sustainable and smart infrastructure and energy systems in an integrated manner.

Dr. Hamid Naseem, SMIEEE is a Research Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yeungnam University, South Korea. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in the control of electric machinery and power conversion. His research focuses on power electronics, electric vehicle technologies, and energy-efficient converter architectures. He actively contributes to several IEEE committees, including the IEEE Transportation Electrification Council Standards Committee, the IEEE CTSoc Consumer Power and Energy Technical Committee, and the IEEE Humanitarian Technologies Project Monitoring Subcommittee.

They also earned an MSc in Government and Public Administration from the University of Macau, and a BA in International Finance from Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Liberal Arts, Macau University of Science and Technology, Dr. [Name] is involved in curriculum development, undergraduate supervision, and research in public policy, higher education management, and governance. Dr. Xiaomo Jiang is a distinguished professor of Energy and Power Engineering at Dalian University of Technology, where he serves as Director of the Provincial Key Lab of Digital Twin for Industrial Equipment and the Institute for Carbon Neutrality. His research focuses on smart maintenance, digital twin and AI for Science (AI4Science) applications in large turbomachinery under uncertainties. Dr. Jiang earned his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University (OSU) in 2005 and an MEng from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2000, specializing in intelligent systems. Prior to academia, he accumulated over a decade of industry experience as a Senior Engineer and Technical Leader at Ford Motor Company and General Electric (GE), where he developed AI-driven solutions for remote monitoring, diagnostics, and prognostics of energy and power equipment. As a prolific scholar, Dr. Jiang has co-authored over 100 journal papers, 1 book, and 11 book chapters, as well as over 30 patents in the cross-disciplinary fields of physics-informed deep learning, lightweight modeling, and advanced statistics. His work has earned him consistent recognition as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher and a Top 2% Most-Cited Scientist Worldwide (Stanford University ranking). Yanhu Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2016. He is currently an Associate Professor in the school of Mechanical Engineering at Jiangsu University. He has authored more than 60 peer-reviewed papers. He is a senior member of the China Mechanical Engineering Society. His research interests cover smart tribology, piezoelectric devices, laser processing, and space assessment from materials to systems.

Yi Fang is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the NYU Abu Dhabi and NYU Tandon. He directs the NYU Multimedia and Visual Computing Lab. He received his Ph.D. degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette in 2011. Upon one year of industry experience in Siemens in Princeton, New Jersey and in Riverain Technologies in Dayton, Ohio, and a half-year academic experience as a senior staff scientist at Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer science, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, he joined New York University Abu Dhabi as an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Professor Fang’s research focuses on 3D Computer Vision and Machine Learning with applications to robotics and autonomous driving. He is currently working on the development of 3D deep learning technologies in large-scale visual computing, cross-domain and cross-modality models, and their various industrial applications. Professor Fang has published more than 50 papers in international journals and conferences including IEEE TPAMI, TIP, TC y bernetics, TNNLS, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCAI, ACMMM, IROS, etc. Professor Fang has served as the publicity chair for the 27th ACM International Conference on Multimedia (ACMMM) in Nice, France. He has served as co-chair for the IROS 2019 session “Human-centered Robotics” and will serve as the program chair for the Asian Conference on Machine Learning (ACML 2021) and the area chair of the Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR 2021, CVPR 2022) and International Conference on Computer Vision (ICCV 2021).

Dr. Howard Jean-Denis is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Pepperdine University. He earned an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in international business from Bentley University. Subsequently, He worked for several multinational corporations and managed a consulting firm prior to completing a PhD in Strategic Management from University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and has worked as an analyst, trader, manager and social entrepreneur in various industries. He has consistently been recognized with prestigious awards in his military, corporate, entrepreneurial and now academic capacities. Dr. Jean-Denis is originally from Haiti, although he was raised in Boston, MA. His professional work has brought him to almost 50 countries. Dr. Jean-Denis is a sought after presenter at AIB (Academy of International Business) and AOM (Academy of Management). His publications have appeared in numerous management research outlets, including the African Journal of Business, Academy of Management Proceedings, International Journal of Export Marketing, and Routledge publishing. Yin-Tien Wang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Tamkang University (TKU), New Taipei City, Taiwan, in 1983, the M.S. degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA, in 1988, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 1992, all in mechanical engineering.,He joined the Department of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering, TKU, as an Associate Professor, in 1992, and was appointed as Full Professor in 2013. He served as the Chairperson of the Department of Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering, TKU, from 2016 to 2020, where he is currently a Professor and the Chairperson of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, and also in charge of robotics and machine vision courses. His current interests include computer vision research and the transference of this technology to robotic and nonrobotic application domains.

Ph.D. from the Autonomous University of Hidalgo State and currently serves as a Professor in the Mechatronics Engineering Department at the Polytechnic University of Pachuca. His academic contributions extend beyond teaching, as he is also an Associate Editor for respected journals such as the International Journal of Robotics and Control Systems, Symmetry, and Jurnal Teknik Elektro Komputer dan Informatika. His research interests focus on fuzzy logic, control theory, computer science, and fault diagnosis, areas in which he has published numerous scholarly articles. He is also recognized as a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico, highlighting his active role in advancing scientific knowledge and innovation.

Chi-Wai Chow received the B.Eng. (First-Class Hons) and Ph.D. degrees both from the Department of Electronic Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2001 and 2004 respectively. Between 2005-2007, he was a Postdoctoral Research Scientist, involved in two European Union Projects: PIEMAN (Photonic Integrated Extended Metro and Access Network) and TRIUMPH (Transparent Ring Interconnection Using Multi-wavelength Photonic switches) in the Tyndall National Institute and Department of Physics, University College Cork (UCC) in Ireland. In 2007, he joined the Department of Photonics, National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), now is National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) in Taiwan. He is a full Professor in this department. He is currently the Associate Editors of Journal of Lightwave Technology and IEEE Photonics Journal. He has served and is serving TPCs of conferences, such as OFC (2021-2023), ECOC (2020-2023), OECC (2020-2021), etc. He has co-authored more than 600 papers in journals and conferences.

Ir. Dr. Rizauddin is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(UKM). He received the Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the Kyoto University, Japan, in1997, Master in mechanical and system engineering and Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the Gifu University, Japan, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. With over two decades of academic and research experience, Dr. Rizauddin specializes in robotics, intelligent control systems, autonomous vehicles, and human-assistive exoskeleton technologies. His current research focuses on AI-integrated control strategies, real-time robotic simulation, and autonomous UAVs for infrastructure inspection. Dr Rizauddin has an extensive publication record, with over 100 articles to his name. Approximately 30% of these are high-impact publications. He has also co-authored and authored books in his areas of expertise. His extensive publication record and high-impact contributions are complemented by several widely recognized books he has authored and co-authored within the academic community . He is also a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate in mechanical engineering from Board of Engineers Malaysia since 2014. Frequently referred by the industries for robot engineering consultations on its application and automated systems. He received several research grants since 2008 from industries and Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia.

Pahrudin was a Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Leisure and Services Management, Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan. He is also a Lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, Universitas Hamzanwadi (Indonesia). His research interests are tourism economics, tourism marketing and management, disaster/crises in tourism, tourist behavior in the post-disaster period, and management and marketing.

Zhugen Yang is a Professor of Biosensing and Environmental Health, leading a UKCRIC-funded Advanced Sensors Laboratory for water-environment-health-nexus since 2019. He joined Cranfield University as a Lecturer in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2022 and Professor in 2023, after being a Lecturer at the University of Glasgow since 2018. He has received three prestigious Fellowships/awards for different career stages, including the Leverhulme Research Leadership Awards (2023-2028), UKRI NERC Personal Fellowship, and EU Marie Curie Fellow. He completed his postdoc at the University of Cambridge. He was an EU Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Bath, after receiving his PhD at the University of Lyon (Ecole Centrale) in France, MSc (Sun Yat-sen University, SYSU), and BEng (Harbin Institute of Technology, HIT) in China.

Dr Mukesh Prasad is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Computer Science in the Faculty of Engineering and IT at UTS and a subject matter expert for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Institute of Applied Technology (IAT), NSW, Australia. He has made substantial contributions to the fields of machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analytics and Natural Language Processing. He is working also in the evolving and increasingly important field of computer vision and internet of things, which promise to pave the way for the evolution of new applications and services in the areas of healthcare, biomedical, agriculture, smart cities, education, marketing and finance. His research has appeared in numerous prestigious journals, including IEEE/ACM Transactions, and at conferences, and he has published more than 200 research articles .He started his academic career as a lecturer with UTS in 2017 and became a core member of the University’s world-leading Australian Artificial Intelligence Institute (AAII), which has vision to develop theoretical foundations and advanced technologies for AI and to drive progress in related areas. His research is backed by industry experience, specifically in Taiwan, where he was the principal engineer (2016-17) at the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). He received an M.S. degree from the School of Computer and Systems Sciences at the Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India (2009), and a PhD from the Department of Computer Science at the National Chia o Tung University in Taiwan (2015)
