Dr. Ning Ma is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Management at Xi’an Jiaotong University. He earned his PhD from Xi’an Jiaotong University and has been a research fellow at the National University of Singapore, as well as a visiting scholar at City University of Hong Kong and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. His research focuses on artificial intelligence and policy analysis, and he has published in leading journals such as Computers & Operations Research and Expert Systems with Applications.
