Dr. Ana Maria Fagetan is a Senior Lecturer in Banking and Financial Regulation at University “La Sapienza” in Rome (Italy), where she teaches post-graduate lectures and seminars on Banking and Financial Regulation. She earned her PhD and her LLM in Banking and International Financial Law at Queen Mary University of London (UK). Dr. Ana Maria Fagetan is also an Italian lawyer advising clients on hedge funds, banking and commercial law as a member of the law office of Prof. Domenico Siclari in Rome. She is a member of the Commission of Banking Law at the Bar Association in Rome and is also a member of the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA).
