Welcome to the official website of the Food Technology Conference, organized by Cognition Conferences. By registering for or participating in the conference, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration

  • All attendees must complete the official registration process through our website.
  • Registrations are considered complete only once payment has been successfully processed.
  • Each participant must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Falsified details may result in cancellation of registration without a refund.

2. Participation and Conduct

  • All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the event.
  • The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants from the event if they violate the code of conduct or disrupt the event in any way.
  • Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.

3. Visa and Travel

  • Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and obtaining any necessary visas.
  • Invitation letters can be issued by the organizers only upon full payment of the registration fee.
  • The organizers are not responsible for visa denials or travel restrictions.

4. Event Changes

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • All updates will be communicated via email or published on the conference website.
  • The organizers have the right to merge this conference with other conferences to provide a wider range of topics.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email address].
  • Refunds are available according to the following policy:
    • Before 150 days (5 months) prior: 80% refund
    • Between 150 – 90 days (5 – 3 months) prior: 50% refund
    • Within 60 days (2 months) prior: No refund
  • Bank or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partially attended events.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal data collected during registration will be used only for event administration, communication, and improvement.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for event logistics or legal compliance.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
  • The organizers do not accept responsibility for losses due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond their control.

Refund Policy for Travel and Accommodation Support

Participants who have been promised travel and/or accommodation support by the conference organizers will receive reimbursement after the conclusion of the conference, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Verification of Participation
    Reimbursement will only be processed for participants who physically attended and actively participated in the conference. Verification may include:
  • Registration check-in
  • Presentation or session participation
  • Attendance tracking records
  1. Submission of Required Documents
    To initiate the refund process, participants must submit the following within 14 days after the conference ends:
  • Original travel receipts (e.g., flight tickets, train tickets, boarding passes)
  • Accommodation invoices
  • Any other relevant supporting documents
  • Bank account or payment details for the transfer
  1. Approval and Processing Time
    The organizing committee will review all submissions to ensure compliance with the agreed support terms. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of document verification and approval.
  2. Eligibility Limits
  • Refunds are limited to the pre-approved amount or conditions communicated to the participant in advance.
  • Any expenses not agreed upon or exceeding the support cap will not be reimbursed.
  1. Non-Attendance
    Participants who do not attend the conference or fail to provide sufficient documentation will not be eligible for any travel or accommodation reimbursement.

By attending the conference, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.

No Commercial Trading

All the Events / conferences conducted by Cognition are with a specific purpose to benefit the stake holders from walks of life.
As a Participant, at the time of registration you are bound by the governing terms – that this registration is meant for you only / your registered group members only, Not meant for anybody else. Confidentiality clause applies to all the confidential information / material shared during your participation in the event.

Right To Reserve

Cognition has the Right to Reserve / Refuse an Admission to any participant, Groups, Institutions, Organizations, members or to anyone to participate in the conference without assigning any reason thereof.

Force Majeure

If the Event / Conference is cancelled to unforeseen reasons such as acts of God, natural calamities, wars, national emergency, acts of terrorism, explosions, fire, strikes, lockouts, floods, riots, arson, civil disturbances or political disturbances that warrant cancellation of the event and reasons which are beyond the control of Cognition are treated as Force Majeure.
In cases of Force Majeure, Cognition cannot be held responsible and financially liable or otherwise to the participants, delegates or to people who contributed in making the conference a possibility, Cognition does not owe anything to anyone in such a Force Majeure situation.
