Liu Libing has completed his PhD and postdoctoral studies from Institute of Chemistry, CAS. He is engaged in research on bio-composite conjugated polymer fluorescent new materials, functional molecule design and nutrition health, food safety and control technology and won the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award, Lu Jiaxi Young Talent Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and outstanding member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the CAS. He has published more than 210 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Germana Borsetta is a researcher specializing in circular economy and sustainability, with extensive experience in managing international research projects. She is currently a Project Manager at the University of Camerino, where she coordinates European projects focused on the valorization of agri-food wastes for sustainable aquaculture. She holds a PhD in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Biotechnology and has collaborated with FAO, CNR, and other academic and scientific institutions. Author of several publications, she actively participates in conferences and initiatives promoting the circular economy in the agri-food sector with a focus on blue economy.

Wenfeng Han, female, PhD of Agriculture, Associate Professor, Young backbone teachers of higher education institutions, top-notch professional and technical talents, and young science and technology experts. Reviewer for journals of《Food Chemistry-X》、《Food Research and Development》and《Science and Technology of Food Industry》. She has led and participated 13 vertical scientific research projects, and 14 horizontal projects. She has published a total of 57 papers, participated in the compilation of 5 food related textbooks, obtained 5 authorized patents, and published 4 group standards. The advanced deeds were interviewed by reporters from the municipal daily newspaper and reported in a special article.
