Kate Rochlin has been IN8bio’s Chief Operating Officer since 2021, following her role as VP of Operations and Innovation. With over 18 years of expertise in strategic development, IP, CMC, and clinical manufacturing of advanced therapies, she was previously Chief Business Officer at Curadigm and co-founded Immunovent, serving as CSO. Dr. Rochlin earned her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Weill Cornell Medical College, conducted research at Sloan Kettering Institute, and holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Zhibing Zhang has completed his PhD at the age of 30 years from Tongji Medical University and postdoctoral studies from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is the director of male reproduction lab of Wayne State University. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Wei Li has completed her MD at the age of 23 years from Tongji Medical University and postdoctoral studies from University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is the senior scientist of Wayne State University. She has published more than 40 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.

Yoshifumi Itoh completed his Ph.D. from the Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Science using his work at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) in 1996. After Postdoctoral studies at KUMC, he was appointed Assistant Professor at the Institute of Medical Science, University of Tokyo, in 1997.  In 2001, he opened his own research group at the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, Imperial College London in the UK. Since 2011, Kennedy Institute has been transferred to the University of Oxford. His research interest has been to elucidate the mechanisms of cellular invasion and tissue destruction in cancer and arthritis.

In 2004, Tavamaishvili achieved a significant milestone by completing her PhD in Chemistry at Tbilisi State University (Georgia). Her professional journey thereafter saw her deeply immersed in scientific studies, academic writing, and collaborative research efforts. Her contributions span a diverse array of disciplines within chemistry, including Nanochemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry. Her work has ranged from developing innovative methodologies for analyzing controlled substances like Buprenorphine, non-traditional narcotics, food products, pharmaceuticals, etc. Also for identification of persistent organic pollutants. Throughout her career, Her contributions have garnered recognition from esteemed institutions and individuals worldwide. Noteworthy accolades include receiving funding awards for her research endeavors, commendations from government officials including the President and Prime Minister of Georgia, and acknowledgment from international bodies like the U.S. Embassy and UNDP.

Her impact extends beyond academia, as evidenced by her involvement in projects with real-world implications. Her role in improving more then 7000 forensic analysis methodologies for National Forensics Bureau (Georgia) and securing FDA approvals (for some U.S. companies) for medical methodologies underscores her influence in both scientific and regulatory spheres. Prof. Dr. Tamara Lah Turnšek obtained her PhD in 1981 at University of Ljubljana and Josef Stefan Institute (IJS) with a Thesis in the field of protein biochemistry. She has been employed at IJS as a researcher for about 20 years, with several intermediate periods of visiting foreign institutions, first already as PhD candidate in Newcastle upon Tyne, UL, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at Wayne State University in Detroit and later as Visiting Professor and Director of Metastasis Research at Albert Einstein Medical Centre in Philadelphia, PA. Soon after her postdoctoral studies, she committed her research to cancer, which she performed initially at IJS and later at National Institute of Biology (NIB). She became the Director of NIB in 1995-2018 and established the Department of Genetic Toxicology and Cancer Biology, where she continues to work to this day, remaining the Leader of its research programme and consultant to the current Director.

Mohammed Alshehri has completed his PhD at the age of 30 years from Newcastle University. He associated profser in human genetics in Applied Medical Sciences at Najran university , Saudi Arabia. He has published more than 15 papers in reputed journals

Johnjoe Mcfadden is Professor of Molecular Genetics at the University of Surrey. His principal research ranges from molecular genetics to microbiology, systems biology and quantum biology. He was one of the pioneers of applying systems biology techniques to bacterial-host interactions, particularly in tuberculosis, leprosy and meningococcal disease. His recent interests include quantum biology and he set up the world’s first Doctoral Training Centre for Quantum Biology at the University of Surrey where he is currently the Centre’s Director. His work earned him the Royal Society Wolfson Research Merit Award in 2014 and has generated practical outputs such as the world’s first commercialized PCR test. He is also a popular science writer and wrote the book “Quantum Evolution” in 2000, co-edited ‘Human Nature: Fact and Fiction’ in 2006; and is co-author, with Jim Al-Khalili, of the book, “Life on the Edge: The Coming Age of Quantum Biology published in 2014 and shortlisted for the Royal Society Book Prize. His latest book, ‘Life is Simple” about the role of Occam’s Razor in science, was described by Astrophysicist and science writer, Paul Davies as “one of the best science books I have read in a decade”.

Knezevic obtained his MD and PhD degrees from the University of Belgrade in
Serbia and completed his training at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He is the Vice Chairman
for Research and Education at the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Management at
Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and a Clinical Professor of Anesthesiology and
Surgery at the College of Medicine, University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Knezevic has been a
Visiting Professor at the School of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia since October 2017.
He is the current President of the Illinois Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Director-atLarge of the North American Neuromodulation Society Board of Directors, and the President of
the Serbian American Medical and Dental Society.

Wei Jiang, M.D., associate professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), researches immune dysfunction in HIV-positive patients. In a recently published article in Microbiome, Jiang and her team report that HIV-positive, ART-treated patients with high levels of autoantibodies also have increased levels of Staphylococcus aureus products in their blood.

Ohta graduated from the Univ of Tokyo School of Medicine in 1975, and had been Prof of Medicine at Teikyo Univ Schl of Med for 15 years until March in 2012. He has been President at National Hospital Organization Tokyo National Hospital since April in 2012. His speciality is pulmonary medicine and allergology as well as internal medicine. He still teaches at Teikyo Univ as a visiting professor. He has been interested in asthma, interstitial lung diseases and COPD. He has studied in US from 1980 to 1983 on IgE regulation and from 1988 and 1989 on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, both at the National Jewish Health in Denver. He has been involved in producing Japanese Guidelines for asthma as a chairman of the committee belonging to Japanese Society of Allergology since 2004. He had been a member of the Board of Directors and the Science Committee for GINA (Global Initiative for Asthma) for 10 years until 2012. He is a member of AAAAI (American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology) and ACCP (American College of Chest Physicians) as Fellow (FAAAAI and FCCP, respectively). He is one of Members at Large for INTERASMA and a member of the Executive Committee for ARIA (Allergic Rhinitis and its Impact on Asthma).

Tamir Tuller is an Israeli engineer, a computer scientist, and a systems and synthetic biologist. He is a professor and the director of Tel Aviv University’s Laboratory of Computational Systems and Synthetic Biology.[1] As of February 2022, Tuller has authored over 150 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles and hundreds of additional types of publications and patents.[2][3] In addition, he is the founder and primary instructor of the International Genetically Engineered Machine program at Tel Aviv University and an entrepreneur.[4

Hanim Y. U. is a dedicated researcher at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), where she is affiliated with the School of Science and Technology. Arieh Zaritsky has completed his Ph.D. in Leicester University (UK, 1971) and postdoctoral studies in Copenhagen University-Institute of Microbiology (DK). He was the Chairman elect of Ben-Gurion University’s Life Sciences Department (1989-91). During his 45-years career, AZ has published over 120 articles and reviewed many manuscripts in Peer-reviewed, reputed periodicals, visited the following Universities: Amsterdam (NL), Yale, Berkeley, Arizona, Florida, Harvard (USA), Wuhan (PRC) and Griffith (Australia), awarded numerous, highly competitive Research Grants and personal Fellowships (from e.g., Burrough- Wellcome, EMBO, UNESCO, WHO, US-AID, BSF), and supervised over 40 graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and established scientists.
