Food Engineer from the Federal University of Rio Grande Foundation (1996), Master in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Maringá (1999) and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2004). He carried out a postdoctoral project at the State University of Maringá – PR (2007) and at the Consejo Superior de Investigacion Cientifica de Madrid -ES (2008 and 2023). He has experience in the area of Chemical Engineering, with emphasis on Biochemical Processes and Supply Water Treatment. She is currently an Associate Professor Level C of the Food Engineering course at the Department of Food Engineering at the State University of Maringá. Advisor in the Graduate Programs in Food Science/UEM and Chemical Engineering/UEM.
