Peng WEN, Tenured Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Deputy Chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University. His research focuses on laser processing and 3D printing, with a recent research interest in laser additive manufacturing of biodegradable metals and their clinical applications. He has published over 100 journal papers and holds more than 10 authorized patents. He currently serves as a Committee Member of the Chinese Society for Biomaterials and its Medical Metal Materials Branch, as well as an Editorial Board Member of Bioactive Materials, International Journal of Bioprinting, and Chinese Journal of Medical Device Research and Clinical Application.
