Professor Yang Guowei is a distinguished researcher in the field of materials science and nanotechnology. He is affiliated with the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China. He is also actively involved with the Nanotechnology Research Center, the Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Centre for Functional Biomaterials, and the State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Materials and Technologies.
Professor Yang’s research focuses on advanced functional materials, nanomaterials, and biomaterials for optoelectronic and biomedical applications. His work integrates nanotechnology, materials engineering, and applied physics to develop innovative materials with enhanced performance for energy conversion, sensing, regenerative medicine, and smart device applications.
With extensive experience in interdisciplinary research, Professor Yang has contributed significantly to the development of functional biomaterials and optoelectronic materials, particularly in designing nanoscale structures with improved optical, electrical, and mechanical properties.
