Dr. Ştefan-Dimitrie Albu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology, Faculty of Dental Medicine, “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania. He earned his DMD in 2019, completed his specialization in Periodontology in 2023, and obtained his PhD in 2024 from the same institution.

His academic and research interests include “Periodontology, Implantology, Orthodontics, and Dentofacial Orthopaedics”. Dr. Albu is actively engaged in dental education, clinical practice, and scientific research, with a focus on contemporary approaches to periodontal and implant-related care.

He is a member of several international scientific and professional organizations, including the “American Academy of Periodontology, American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, International Association for Dental Research, and Academy of General Dentistry”. His multidisciplinary expertise contributes to advancing modern dental education, research, and clinical practice.
