H2 is environment friendly, most revolutionary and clean high energy content gas. In this modern age, it has become most efficient, effective and demanding fuel which is highly recommendable. We developed an innovative method for the generation of hydrogen on the basis of biological and chemical grounds. We used newly designed microbial fuel cell (MFC) consists of sludge samples, isolation of strains, DNA extraction, sequencing for finding the bacteria which could produce maximum hydrogen with compatibility of microbial fuel cell. Moreover, hydrogen gas analysis is extremely challenging now-a-days and even difficult to analyze with modern instrumental techniques GC, GC-MS and multi nano sensor. To enhance the production of hydrogen gas different modifications of electrodes were carried out relating to the efficiency of microbial fuel cell. These modifications were successfully worked out by using different types of quantum dots.
