Gociu is a Danish poltical sicentist who also holds a MA in EU Studies .He is a specialist in Eu Foreign policy from Århus Unviersity and College of Europe.. He is the director of Gociu consult, a knowledge based start up. He has published more than 25 papers in reputed journals. He has research interest in art and urbabism as well.
