Prof. Liyun Tang has completed his PhD from Xi’an University of Science and Technology. She is the dean of School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Xi ‘an University of Science and Technology. She is a recipient of the National High-level Talent Program of China. Her research interests lie primarily in cold region engineering, with a focus on repair techniques, the development of green low-carbon functional materials, and disaster monitoring, prediction, and mitigation in cold regions. She has published over 140 papers, hold 22 authorized patents and authored 4 academic monographs.
