Flamur Sopaj is a PhD Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” in Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo, where he teaches and conducts research in physical and environmental chemistry, including advanced oxidation processes and pollutant monitoring in environmental media. He has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications focused on chemical analysis, water and air quality, and the behavior of chemical elements in natural systems, contributing to understanding environmental pollution in Kosovo. Sopaj’s work is affiliated with the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo’s largest public university. He collaborates with regional and international researchers in studies of atmospheric deposition, soil and biota chemistry, and electrochemical methods for environmental applications.
