Paul Tunde Kingpriest is a Research Project Coordinator at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Tropical Medicine and Global Health. He also serves as a Research Physician with the Surgical Equity and Research Hub in Jos, Nigeria. Holding a Bachelor of Medicine degree, Dr. Kingpriest’s work focuses on strengthening research capacity in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). His research explores barriers and opportunities for medical graduates in engaging with clinical and academic research, with a particular interest in advancing equitable global health research and leadership. Through his affiliations with the University of Oxford, The Global Health Network, and the Surgical Equity and Research Hub, Dr. Kingpriest is dedicated to fostering collaboration, mentorship, and sustainable research development across Africa and beyond. He divides his professional time between Oxford, United Kingdom, and Jos, Nigeria.
