Prof. Majed Al Jeraisy is a Professor of Pharmacy Practice, College of Pharmacy, King Saud Ben Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences and Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Consultant. Currently, he is the Executive Director for Research at the Saudi National Institute of Health (SNIH). He is a recipient of the SSCP 2024 Life Achievement Award.With over three decades of leadership in pediatric pharmacotherapy and research, he established the first pediatric pharmacy residency in the country and graduated many pediatric pharmacy leaders. At the clinical research level, he served as Chairman of Clinical Trials Management at King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC) for more than 17 years. Prof. Al Jeraisy has played a pivotal role in advancing research infrastructure, clinical trials, and health innovation in Saudi Arabia.In his current role at SNIH, Prof. Al Jeraisy leads national initiatives to build research capacity, foster global partnerships, and promote high-impact, innovative research to improve population health outcomes in the Kingdom and beyond.
