Dr. Jiping Liu is a researcher at South China Agricultural University working on agricultural microbiology, especially plant bacterial diseases such as bacterial wilt and pathogen ecology. He is associated with the Regional Sericulture Training Center for the Asia-Pacific and contributes to studies on microbial diversity, plant–pathogen interactions, and disease control strategies in crops. He has co-authored scientific publications on mulberry and plant bacterial infections and diagnostic detection methods.
