He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Wuhan University and his Ph.D. from the Harbin Institute of Technology, both renowned institutions in China.Prof. Ma\u2019s research expertise spans seismic analysis, prefabricated concrete structures, AI applications in civil engineering, FRP and UHPC retrofitting, and nondestructive testing.
