Traditionaldata analytics rely on statistical tools and batch processingof databases collected over extended periods, often limitingthe adaptability of insights to rapidly changing environ-ments. However, integrating artificial intelligence enhan-ces decision-making flexibility by scaling analytics to newlevels of knowledge, allowing organizations to discovercomplex response patterns, whether explicit or latent, inreal-time. AI-powered visualization tools contribute togreater strategic agility, enabling organizations to quic klyadjust their strategies, decision-making proce sses, andcompetitiveness in response to market shifts. This transi-tion also necessitates the development of new adaptiveskills for personnel responsible for managing organiza-tional information systems. A sample of 6917 data scien-tists from 52 countries, spanning 16 industries and varyinglevels of practical knowledge in data analytics, wasanalyzed to explore these dynamics. Multivariate analyseswere conducted using PLS-SEM to establish relationships between variables and assess organizational characteris-tics. The findings indicate that organizations managing bigdata achieve an optimal flexibility threshold, reaching amaximum information level of 88% for the types of analysisrequired in decision-making. Therefore, organizations mustunderstand the dynamic natur e of their analytical needs todetermine the most suitable AI applications, ensuring theirstrategies and decision-making processes remain adaptiveand resilient in an ever-cha nging business landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Biography<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Angel Ojeda is the full Professor of Information Systems at Universidad Ana G. M\u00e9ndez in Puerto Rico. His research expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Data Warehousing, e-Government, Expert Systems, and Social Media, areas in which he has authored 35 peer-reviewed articles. An accomplished international scholar, Dr. Ojeda has delivered presentations at more than 30 conferences across Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Poland, Dominican Republic, and USA. His scholarly work has earned extraordinary global recognition, with citations by researchers from over 27 countries.
