Dr. You-Shao Wang, as a distinguished professor and PhD supervisor, is one of the inaugural core research talents of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), chief scientist of a National Key Research and Development Program of China, and an IAAM Fellow. He has completed his PhD in 1997 from CAS and postdoctoral research at China Agricultural University in 2000. Among his notable appointments, he served as director of National Field Station of Daya Bay Marine Ecosystem in Guangdong Province from 2005 to 2023. He has published more than 200 papers in interational journals, holds 16 authorized national patents, and received 18 awards & Honors both in China and internationally.
