Md. Razzab Ali is a PhD researcher specializing in agricultural water management, with a focus on improving water and nutrient use efficiency in cropping systems. He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Center for Agricultural Resources Research, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology (IGDB), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China where his research integrates field experiments and simulation modeling approaches.
He completed his undergraduate and master’s degrees in agricultural science from Sher-e- Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh, where he developed a strong foundation in soil science, irrigation management, and crop production. His research work includes the application of advanced models such as RZWQM2 to evaluate water balance, evapotranspiration, and nitrogen dynamics.
His primary research interests include sustainable irrigation practices, climate-resilient agriculture, and environmental impacts of fertilizer use. He has presented his research at international conferences and is actively involved in scientific collaborations.
Md. Razzab Ali aims to contribute to global food security by developing efficient and sustainable agricultural management strategies.
