Tao Shutian has completed his PhD Developmental Biology from Nanjing Agricultural University, China. He is now the deputy dean/professor of the College of Horticulture, and the doctoral supervisor, working on the formation mechanism and regulation of fruit quality, high-quality and safe standardized cultivation, and serves as a scientist in the national pear industry technology system of China.
