Associate Professor Victoria Kain is a neonatal nursing specialist with extensive experience in clinical practice, education, and research. She co-edits Neonatal Care for Nurses and Midwives – Principles for Practice (Elsevier), the first Australasian textbook for neonatal and midwifery care, and has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), she leads international neonatal research projects in low- and middle-income countries and collaborates globally on neonatal palliative care research. Victoria is the Editor-in-Chief of a leading international journal in neonatal nursing.
