Prof. Hassan OUKHOUYA, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Statistics at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences, Mohammed First University of Oujda, Morocco. He is affiliated with the Laboratory of Stochastic and Deterministic Modeling (LaMSD) and the Research Laboratory on Modeling Applied to Economics and Management (MAEGE), Hassan II University of Casablanca. He obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Mohammed V University in Rabat. His research interests span applied mathematics, econometrics, statistical modeling, financial forecasting, machine learning, deep learning, and healthcare analytics. Dr. Oukhouya has authored numerous articles in leading international journals (Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis) and contributed book chapters. He has participated in international conferences and workshops, including events organized by ICTP, diiP Paris, and UM6P. He also serves as a reviewer and session chair for several peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
