Maria J Martin completed her PhD from Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) and postdoctoral studies from School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego. She worked for Abbott Nutrition R&D as a researcher and Partner Development Manager for EMEA. She is currently a Biochemistry Professor at the University of Salamanca. She has published more than 35 papers in reputed journals concerning both infant and adult nutrition
