{"id":5161,"date":"2026-06-03T11:20:17","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T11:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cognitionconferences.com\/nanotechnology\/?post_type=speaker&#038;p=5161"},"modified":"2026-06-03T11:20:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T11:20:17","slug":"rohan-sagar","status":"publish","type":"speaker","link":"https:\/\/cognitionconferences.com\/nanotechnology\/speaker\/rohan-sagar\/","title":{"rendered":"Rohan Sagar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The selective and sensitive detection of dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA), and uric acid (UA) is critically important for the diagnosis and monitoring of various neurological and metabolic disorders. In this work, Au@MOF-60 nanocomposites were successfully synthesized via a solvent-assisted reaction method and subsequently modified onto screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) to fabricate Au@MOF-60\/SPCE-based electrochemical sensors. The prepared sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the simultaneous detection of DA, AA, and UA. Furthermore, the incorporation of a nafion coating significantly enhanced the DA sensing performance while effectively minimizing the interference from AA and UA, enabling the development of a highly selective nafion\/Au@MOF-60\/SPCE sensor for DA detection. Under optimized experimental conditions, the sensor displayed a wide linear detection range from 10 to 500 nM with a low detection limit of 39 nM. In addition, the sensor achieved an excellent recovery rate of 99% in 10% serum samples, demonstrating its reliability and practical applicability for real-sample analysis.
