She serves on the Teaching Committee of the PhD Program in Innovation in Immuno-Mediated and Hematological Disorders at Sapienza University and has mentored numerous PhD students and early-career scientists who now hold independent academic positions. She is President-Elect of the NIBIT and has secured competitive funding from European public and private agencies.
