Isaac has taught, assessed and supervised curricula at all the educational levels in Ghana: Basic level, Education Officer (Circuit Supervisor @ Shama Education Directorate), Second cycle, College of Education and now a lecturer and researcher at UEW. He was among the four experts who were involved in writing both the African and Liberal Studies Curricula for the Four-Year B.Ed Curriculum for the Colleges of Education in Ghana. He has dozens of referred articles published in peer-reviewed journals, authored over a dozen books, and attended and presented papers at international conferences. His research interests include the following: curriculum, instruction and assessment; and contemporary issues in society. He is also a member of seasoned journals\u2019 editorial boards and a reviewer for several reputable journals. He is also a member of several professional associations."}
