Biography

Mr. Stephen John is a young & dynamic personality who hails from Gadag, Karnataka,India. He has expertise in clinical nursing practise, education and research making him a versatile nursing professional. He did his B.Sc Nursing from Government College of Nursing, KIMS, Hubli & M.Sc Nursing from Government College of Nursing, BMCRI, Bangalore. He completed his M.Phil in Nursing from Manipal college of Nursing, Manipal and PGDPCG in guidance/counselling from MANASA institutes, Shivamogga, Karnataka. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D in Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.

He is twice decorated with NATIONAL BEST SCIENTIFIC PAPER PRESENTATION AWARD in elite national conferences at PUNE-2014 & NAGPUR-2019. He has served as Board of Studies(BOS) Member for P.G.Nursing at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. Further, he is an active EC member – IEC Committee, CNRS-South Zone. Presently, he is a BOS member, Shrinivas University,Mangalore,Karnataka,India.

He has published more than 20 scientific papers in Scopus, PubMed and other indexed Journals, he has also authored books on community nursing & applied sociology. He takes pride and shoulders any responsibility in the interest of Nursing Profession.
