Ozlem Kilickaya is a Faculty Member at the University of the People and an AI Engineer specializing in machine learning, explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), and intelligent systems. Her research centers on developing robust, interpretable, and scalable AI solutions applied across domains such as defense, cybersecurity, finance, healthcare, renewable energy, and aviation operations. She actively contributes to the global research community as a reviewer, session chair, and speaker at IEEE and other leading international conferences. Dr. Kilickaya is also engaged in interdisciplinary research that bridges advanced data-driven approaches with real-world system challenges. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Lincoln University College, Malaysia.
