Anthony C. Faber, Ph.D. is a Professor and cancer researcher at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a Co-Leader of the Developmental Therapeutics Program at the VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center. His research focuses on developing targeted and translational therapies for aggressive and rare cancers, including pediatric solid tumors such as neuroblastoma and synovial sarcoma. Dr. Faber has received major funding from the National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Department of Defense and has published extensively in the field of oncology, with a strong commitment to advancing laboratory discoveries toward clinical application.
