Cui Kai is a Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor at the Institute of Feed Research, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He is mainly engaged in research on the mechanism of intestinal immune injury in young animals and nutritional intervention. His research focuses on elucidating the establishment process of intestinal immune function; clarifying the epigenetic regulatory mechanisms of nutrients, stress, microorganisms and other factors on the immune function of young animals during the embryonic stage and early postnatal period; and developing early-life health nutrition regulation technologies and products.
