Our method allows for the production of a standardized, pure, and potent allogeneic cell product. Due to high proliferation rates, it is possible to manufacture over 70,000 treatment doses from cells sourced from a single donor. The initial focus is on addressing severe ED following radical prostatectomy by targeting the underlying issues of reduced blood flow and nerve injury. We have designed a scalable therapy intended to restore erectile function for extended periods. An early proof-of-concept study using a single dose of autologous adipose MSCs reported that 8 out of 11 men (72%) who had undergone prostatectomy and were continent but had not achieved erectile function for over one year regained the ability to have erections and engage in sexual activity six months after treatment. Subsequently, Blue Cell adopted an allogeneic approach, with the aim of offering greater consistency, potency, manufacturability, and lower costs. Preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies of BlueC-231 have shown angiogenesis, as well as endothelial and nerve cell regrowth, that surpassed results seen with autologous cells. It is defined as the ratio of the area under the postprandial blood glucose response curve between a food containing 50g of available carbohydrates and a standard reference food with the same carbohydrate content. According to the level of GI, food is divided into three categories: high GI food, GI &gt; 70\uff1b Medium GI food, 55&lt;GI \u2264 70; Low GI foods, GI\u226455\u3002The intake of low GI food can effectively reduce the postprandial blood glucose level of patients with type II diabetes, which has a clinical effect similar to that of oral hypoglycemic drugs. Such intensi- fication in food production systems and agricultural activities will lead to the rep- resentative increase in the use of water resources. On the other hand, the Sustaina- ble Development Goals (SDGs) are a global call to end poverty, protect the envi- ronment and the climate, and ensure that people everywhere can enjoy peace and prosperity. These are the goals to which the United Nations is contributing so that we can achieve the 2030 Agenda in Brazil. Circular Economy (CE) has become a hot topic in the management discussion in the last decades as a method to improve business based on sustainability parameters, balancing environmental and socioec- onomic issues. Is it possible to apply financial techniques, having as one of its pil- lars the Circular Economy, to support water reuse projects generated both by com- panies and for residential purposes? Based on the bibliometric study carried out, the Research Project is justified by Covering a gap in the literature, given the re- duced number of publications for the keywords.
