His research and practice sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and organisational resilience, with a particular focus on how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping supply chain systems, decision-making, and operational performance in complex global environments.<\/div>\n<div>Dr Alaya has published in internationally ranked journals and presented at leading forums including the AI in Education Conference at the University of Oxford, where he shared insights on AI-enhanced simulation for risk management. He is a collaborator with the Oxford AI in Education Hub and has actively contributed to interdisciplinary discussions on the responsible integration of AI across education, logistics, and business operations.
