Dr. Stephanie Wright is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in Environmental Toxicology at Imperial College London’s School of Public Health. She leads research on the environmental and human health impacts of microplastics, with particular expertise in airborne microplastic pollution, exposure assessment, and toxicology.Her scientific career began with a Ph.D. at the University of Exeter, where she investigated the potential harm caused by microplastics in marine environments. She later joined the Environmental Research Group and established a leading research program focused on microplastics and human health.
